Premier (minimum rating 1800): 4 round SS, 40/90, SD/15; +30sec. Max one 1/2 point bye, request before the first round
Under 1900 (minimum rating 1400): 5 round SS, Rnds 1-3 G/60; +30sec, Rnds 4-5 40/90, SD/15; +30sec. Max two 1/2 point byes, request before the first round
Under 1500: 5 round SS, Rnds 1-3 G/60; +30sec, Rnds 4-5 40/90, SD/15; +30sec. Max two 1/2 point byes, request before the first round
Premier: Reg ends Sat. 10:45am, rounds: Sat. 11:00am & 3:30pm, Sun. 11:00am & 3:30pm
Under 1900: Reg ends Sat. 10:45am, rounds: Sat. 11:00am, 2:00pm & 5:00pm; Sun. 11:00am & 3:30pm

Once pairings are out, a game may start early if both players agree.
Entry fee:
All pay at the site. $50, register by the Wednesday before the tournament, Keystone Chess Club Members $40. Both $10 more after. GM/IM free, $40 may be deducted from prize (no deduction if winning less than $200; winning between $240 and $200 gets $200)
Special Entry fee:
All pay at the site. $30, register by the Wednesday before the tournament for only playing one day either on Saturday or Sunday. $10 more after. 1/2 point byes for the unplayed rounds according to the "bye" policy. Eligible for prizes.
Prizes:
Premier: guaranteed $500-$200-$100-$50, top U2000 $100
Under 1900: $200-$100 based on 15 fully paid entries (one-day-play entry counted as 3/5 of an entry) guaranteed $100-$50
Under 1500: Trophies to top 3, participation trophy to first-timers
